Terms of use
Flaplet is run by The Srooli Group, New York, USA ("we"). By using Flaplet you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
Who can use Flaplet
- You must be 18 or older.
- Use your own Google or Apple account and keep it secure. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
- Employers must be hiring for real jobs they are allowed to fill, or be authorised to hire for the company they name.
Your videos and messages
- You own what you post. You give us permission to store it, process it (including with AI, to transcribe it and find the job title, skills and pay), make copies for playback, and show it to other Flaplet users, for as long as it's in Flaplet.
- Only post videos of yourself, or of people who agreed to be in them, and nothing you don't have the right to share.
- What the AI hears and the fit score can be wrong. They are a guide, not a verdict; please check and correct your own details.
What's not allowed
- Fake jobs, scams, pyramid schemes, or asking anyone for money, fees, "training costs", bank details or ID numbers.
- Harassment, threats, hate, or discrimination, including in hiring decisions, based on race, colour, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability or any other protected trait.
- Nudity, sexual content, violence, or illegal activity in videos, messages or calls.
- Spam, advertising unrelated to a real job, or pretending to be someone else.
- Collecting other users' details, using bots, or interfering with how Flaplet works.
Safety, reports and blocks
You can report or block anyone from their video, profile or chat. We review reports and may hide videos, close matches, or pause or remove accounts that break these terms, with or without notice. A video reported by several people may be hidden until we've looked at it.
Meet and talk carefully. Real employers never ask you to pay to get a job. Video calls happen inside Flaplet; be careful about moving to other apps or sharing personal details.
Hiring is between you
Flaplet helps people find each other. We are not an employer, a staffing agency or a party to any job offer. We don't check every person, job or claim and don't guarantee that anyone will be hired or that a job is as described. Employers are responsible for following employment law, including fair-hiring and pay rules; job seekers are responsible for the information they give.
Pro features
Some features (such as several live job posts and views by day) are for Pro accounts. If paid plans are offered, their price and terms will be shown before you buy.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account or at vidhire-1e1c3.web.app/delete-account. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
The legal part
- Flaplet is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and safe but can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
- To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for what other users say or do, and our total liability to you is limited to US $100.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
- We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and tell you in the app about important changes. Using Flaplet after that means you accept them.
